"Not really worth the price"
I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what I ended up getting. I was expecting a better experience overall, and I also thought the response would be faster. For the cost, I just wasn’t very happy with it.

"Return was fine... refund was just slow!!"
I ordered a tap from tapsuk.com, but annoyingly it didn’t fit my sink when it arrived!! So I had to send it back. The returns info was on the site, but I wouldn’t say it was super obvious at first... took me a bit of digging around to figure out what to do.

To be fair, they did reply when I chased them, and I did get my refund in the end!!! It just took longer than I was expecting. Not a terrible experience or anything, just a bit slow and slightly frustrating

"I ordered a tap and a few fittings..."
I ordered a tap and a few fittings from Taps UK, and overall it was fine. Delivery was decent enough, and most of what turned up was exactly what I’d picked online, so... yeah, mostly no complaints there.

Only thing was one of the smaller parts was the wrong size, which meant I had to sort that out afterwards. Not a huge problem or anything, but when you’re expecting everything to be right first time, it’s a bit.....

"Felt pressured into buying, and the tap wasn’t worth it"
The tap looked alright when it arrived, but once it was fitted it felt cheap. I felt a bit pressured into going for it at the time, and now I wish I’d looked around more. After just a few weeks the handle started getting loose, and the finish marks really easily. For the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t buy from here again

"As someone who gets a bit impatient..."
As someone who gets a bit impatient waiting for deliveries, I was pleased with this one. It turned up quicker than I thought and there was no hassle at all

"I did get the help I needed..."
I did get the help I needed in the end, but the replies were actually a little slower than I expected. Overall, it was fine, just not super quick.
